Fancy Re – Return Policy

At Fancy Re, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer a 1-day return policy in line with the guidelines of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India).

 

Eligibility for Return:

1. Returns must be initiated within 1 calendar day of delivery.
2. Items must be in original condition, unused, unworn, and with all original tags, certificates, packaging, and bills intact.
3. Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery is not eligible for return.
4. Products showing signs of wear or alteration by a third party will not be accepted for return.

How to Initiate a Return:

1.⁠ ⁠Email us at fancyreofficial@gmail.com or call our customer care [9822999935]  within 24 hours of delivery.
2.⁠ ⁠Mention your order number, reason for return, and attach images of the item.
3.⁠ ⁠Our team will verify the request and arrange for a free reverse pickup, wherever serviceable.

Important Notes:

Fancy Re reserves the right to reject any return if it does not meet the above conditions.
