To maintain the shine and longevity of your jewellery, always store it in the Fancy Re box provided with your purchase. Avoid contact with water, perfumes, or chemicals to prevent tarnishing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 1-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 24 hours of delivery. The item must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging and tags intact. Customized or altered items are not eligible for return.
How do I initiate a return?
You can email us at [support@fancyre.in] or contact our customer care within 1 day of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the product. Our team will guide you through the return process.
Can I exchange my product?
At the moment, we only accept returns and issue refunds as per our 1-day return policy. We are working on adding exchange options soon.
