1. Once the product is received and inspected, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
2. If the return fails the quality check, the item will be shipped back to the customer.

Refunds are applicable only if the item is returned in its original, unused condition, exactly as it was delivered.

Once we receive your return, our team will promptly verify its condition.
